- Technical data such as browser type and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted

We do not ask for payment card numbers on this site.
Purposes
We use personal data to respond to audit inquiries, prepare quotes, improve site content when analytics are allowed, and meet legal obligations.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a paid engagement requires longer retention under the statement of work. Analytics data, when enabled, is retained according to the provider settings described on our cookies page.
Your rights
Subject to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and other applicable Malaysian law, you may request access, correction, or limits on processing of your personal data by emailing hello@aicommlink.digital. You may also withdraw cookie consent as explained on the cookies page.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Malaysia. If a subprocessors or email provider stores data outside Malaysia, we take reasonable contractual and organisational steps appropriate to the transfer.
Security
We use HTTPS on this site and restrict access to inquiry mailboxes to staff who handle client intake.
Changes
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes notice of the updated policy where permitted by law.
