Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to professional engagements booked with AI CommLink Digital (margin reconciliation audits, marketplace fee reviews, and refund leakage assessments). We do not sell physical products or software subscriptions on this website.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when written notice meets the conditions below. Fees already earned for completed stages are non-refundable.

Timeframe to request

Send refund or cancellation requests to hello@aicommlink.digital within 7 days of the event giving rise to the request (for example, our missed kickoff without reschedule, or your decision to cancel before work starts).

Full refund

A full refund of amounts paid applies if:

• You cancel in writing before we open the data room and before any billed kickoff work begins; and
• We have not incurred non-recoverable third-party costs approved by you in writing.

Partial refund

If work has started, we refund the unused portion of the fee after deducting:

• Completed stages listed in the statement of work (e.g., data-room review, interim workbook)
• Time already spent at the rates implied by the fixed fee allocation in the SOW
• Approved out-of-pocket costs (for example, scheduled warehouse visit logistics)

Non-refundable items

• Deposits marked non-refundable in the SOW once the data room is opened
• Completed readout sessions
• Custom analysis already delivered to you

Deposits

Engagements typically require a deposit to reserve auditor time. The SOW states whether the deposit is creditable to the final invoice and when it becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation & rescheduling

You may reschedule a kickoff or warehouse visit once with at least 5 business days’ notice at no charge. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in the SOW. We may reschedule for illness or access issues and will offer a new date promptly.

No-shows

If you miss a scheduled readout or site visit without 24 hours’ notice, that session is treated as delivered for refund purposes.

Work already started

Once reconciliation build or fee classification has begun, refunds are partial only as described above.

Materials

We do not purchase inventory or packaging on your behalf. Shared templates we create for your workbook remain available to you even if a later stage is cancelled, unless unpaid invoices remain outstanding.

Process & timing

1. Email hello@aicommlink.digital with your SOW reference and reason.
2. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
